Presentation
Further to the
meeting in Brussels on 20th May 2003, which approved the index for
the Handbook for Quality in Public and Cultural Web Applications,
and where it was asked the handbook to be made available as a dynamic
document in preparation for the meeting in Corfu on 26th June 2003,
we here publish the draft for viewing and examination.
The work programme
is as follows; to collect comments and observations before 1st
September so as to complete the handbook before the meeting
in Brussels on 24th September. It is common knowledge that the first
stable version will be presented at the Conference of Parma on 20th-21st
November.
The draft showed
an advanced level of processed text; all the points in the Index
have been considered and further developed, even though some parts
are still in the phase of deeper study and completion.
